libicee12 software package provides ZeroC IceE for C++ server runtime libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libicee12
libicee12 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libicee12 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libicee12 *
You will get with libicee12 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
